General Description

Prerequisite: None

This course combines physical fitness, aerobic conditioning, and life-long fitness, with nutritional knowledge, selection, and preparation of healthy food.  Each week, students  will switch between Health/Foods and P.E. The emphasis is on developing a healthy lifestyle along with long-term weight management
