This course combines physical fitness, aerobic conditioning, and life-long fitness, with nutritional knowledge, selection, and preparation of healthy food. Each week, students will switch between Health/Foods and P.E. The emphasis is on developing a healthy lifestyle along with long-term weight management.

Students will identify tools needed to be successful in the culinary field as well as their own kitchen, The field of culinary arts is exploding with popularity, offering a variety of working conditions and career opportunities which we’ll prepare them for!
