General Description
Fee: $7 PE Shirt
This course provides opportunities for students to participate in a variety of physical activities through individual, dual and team sports. There is also a strong emphasis on cardio-respiratory endurance, flexibility motor skills, and fitness activities. Grading is based on student participation, skill development, knowledge of sport and rules, and fitness improvement.
