THE HORNET BUZZ

Picture Day is back! 

We will be having Drive-Thru School Pictures on November 12th and 13th from 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM - IN THE EHS AUDITORIUM.  Pictures will take place in the EHS Auditorium, parents can drop kids off in the bus turnaround area and then pick them up in the gravel lot.  Attached is a flyer from Dorian with instructions on how you can order pictures online.  Picture Packets are also available in the EHS Main Foyer and will also be available for any students picking up books/resources from the Career Media Center. (More info. below)

Please open the Dorian Student Export file to see what Date, Location and Time your student is scheduled for.  The list is by Student Id#.  EVERY student that gets a picture taken will receive an  ID Card at no cost.  At this time we are not selling ASB cards.

Students can check out resources for the 2nd grading period from 8-2:30 Tuesday, November 3rd, Wednesday, November 4th, and Thursday, November 5th.

Students need to pick up resources for the following classes.

NOVEMBER 10, 11 & 13

Join us as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Bloodworks Northwest work together again to support our local hospitals and patients by giving blood. The Enumclaw Stake is opening their doors in November to provide an opportunity for local donors to come save lives!

Donating blood is an essential and encouraged activity critical to sustaining community healthcare, especially during emergencies. Your one-hour donation appointment is a safe action to support local hospitals and patients. Pop-Up Donor Centers are being  conducted in accordance with social distancing guidelines.

Schedule your appointment.   EHS Student Leadership will receive $10 per donor that mentions EHS Leadership at the time of registration.

No walk-ins, guests, or people under age 16 are permitted onsite. Donors are asked to bring a mask/face covering to your donation and appointments are required. To make your appointment, visit the above link or call 800-398-7888. 

Been told in the past that you aren’t eligible to donate? Criteria has recently changed.  Visit https://www.bloodworksnw.org/donate/eligibility to learn more about recent changes the FDA has made to donor eligibility criteria.

Season 2:  December 27 – February 27

Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys Swim & Dive, Gymnastics, Boys & Girls Wrestling and Unified Basketball, Cheer,

Season 3:    March 1 – May 1

Football (Begins February 17th), Cheer, Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Girls Swim & Dive, Boys & Girls Cross Country, Boys & Girls Golf, Boys Tennis

Season 4:    April 26 – June 26

Track & Field (Boys & Girls), Girls Tennis, Baseball, Fastpitch Softball, Boys Soccer, Unified Soccer

 

2019 - 2020 Yearbooks Are In!

If you purchased a yearbook for last year, you can pick it up from Victor Wallace in Classroom #1008.  If you haven’t already purchased one for the 2019-2020 year, there are still some available for purchase.  The cost is $60.  These are not available for purchase online. 

Yearbooks for 2020-2021 are not on sale at this time..
