Juniors and Seniors have four opportunities to take the ASVAB test.
The ASVAB test is traditionally for students who want to enter the military. Each branch of the military requires a minimum score. However, the ASVAB can be beneficial for any student. The ASVAB measures skills and abilities and uses that to provide career exploration information. This year, the ASVAB coordinators will provide a session to review your results two weeks after the test. The dates of the ASVAB test and the corresponding result analysis session are listed below. Why take the PSAT? Taking the PSAT will give you practice for the SAT and help you know which sections of the test to focus on in preparing for the SAT. Taking the PSAT can also qualify you for the National Merit Scholarship.
We have scheduled the PSAT test for Saturday, October 26th, in the EHS Commons, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. To sign up for the PSAT test, pay the Cashier $20 and register using the Google form link below.

Reminder. Tomorrow Enumclaw High School will have a "soft start" for incoming 9th graders. Students in grades 10-12 will not attend school unless they are participating in orientation activities. 8th grader students who attend the high school for geometry will remain at their middle schools for day 1. All students will report on Thursday, August 29, 024.
We cannot wait to see students back beginning in one week for the first day of the 2024 - 2025 school year! Please mark your calendars with the upcoming dates below.

We apologize for the confusion with Hornet Day/Days. We originally had it scheduled for two days, but it was recently decided to make it one day only.
Thursday, 08/15, will now be the only "Hornet Day!"
The schedule will be as follows:
Doors open at 8:00 AM;
Lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM;
Doors will close at 3:00 PM.
*We would also like to encourage you to purchase whatever is needed online through In-Touch at https://wa-enumclaw.intouchreceipting.com/. (Yearbooks will be on sale online starting 08/15.) Schedules can be accessed online through Skyward on 08/15, and all Sports Registration is online through In-Touch as well.

The district will experience a planned system shutdown from Friday, July 12, to Saturday, July 13, to complete technology upgrades and core system maintenance work. Phone calls to district employees and school offices will not be received during this outage.

On Thursday June 20, 2024, twenty EHS GAPP students will be leaving for a three-week exchange to Germany! We will be visiting Paris, Salzburg, Munich, and our host school in Eggenfelden, Bavaria. We'd love you to take you with us!

Additionally, our very own Bella Raymond will be doing an Instagram takeover of the national GAPP account (gappexchanges) on June 20th and 21st (in Paris), June 25 (Welcome Party), and July 3-5 (Salzburg and our 30th Anniversary Party). Please take a look!
Yes! You heard that right! The beautiful GOLD edition 2024 yearbooks will be distributed today through social studies classes and at lunch. Seniors may pick up a preordered book with their diploma in the counseling office. If you would like to purchase a yearbook, they are available at the cashier’s office for $65 each.
Despite all EHS' best efforts to create, produce, and submit a yearbook that would be delivered on time, the company which makes our yearbook has experienced unavoidable and profound delays in their manufacturing facility which has affected all customers in the Pacific Northwest. Due to this delay in production, we have proactively made available blank autograph yearbook insert pages which are available in the main office, cashier, and counseling office to the student body so students can collect signatures from their school community.
Thankfully, EHS has received good news and confirmation that the books have shipped and are due to arrive at the school by the end of this week! Upon delivery at EHS, we will have all hands on deck to immediately distribute the 2024 yearbook. We anticipate that Seniors will be able to pick up their book with their diplomas on Friday in the counseling office and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

This Friday, June 7th, high school students will celebrate the end of the school year and new beginnings with the Career and Cultural Carnival. We are opening this event to the local community after students leave campus, around 2:00 pm. There will be several food trucks on-site, as well as other activities.
June is Pride Month, commemorating the Stonewall Uprising that happened in June 1969, a pivotal event regarding LGBTQ+ rights. Enumclaw School District honors the diversity of our community and recognizes that our differences make us stronger. Hate has no home here.
