Today, Enumclaw Middle School honored veterans with a heartfelt Veterans Day assembly. Students, staff, and community members gathered to pay tribute to those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom.
Our band and choir performed patriotic songs, filling the room with pride, while a meaningful slideshow highlighted veterans close to our hearts—friends and family of students and staff. We learned about the different branches of the military, heard moving poetry, and shared moments of gratitude with local veterans in the audience. Students also presented the "White Table" - a table set for one to honor the memory of our fallen, missing, or imprisoned U.S. service members. It was a powerful reminder of those who cannot be with us.
