ESD libraries are more than a place to check out books - school libraries and their Library and Media educators create a welcoming environment for students to grow, learn, connect, and feel empowered. Please help show appreciation for the school librarians/media specialists and paraeducators across the district this, and every month.


For over 30 years, April has been recognized as Arab-American Heritage Month in the United States. We encourage you to take time this month to celebrate the history, culture, art, and people of the Arab-American community. You can learn more by visiting the Arab American Institute

UPDATE: Students and staff are safe. Law enforcement has confirmed the device in the Enumclaw Middle School courtyard was a cell phone battery that caught fire after being thrown to the ground. The fire was immediately extinguished. We have confirmed there were no injuries. Students and staff are still safely evacuated, and law enforcement has cleared the school and surrounding exterior. We will provide you with any additional information once it has been received.

Enumclaw Middle School has been evacuated by the Enumclaw Police Department after a small explosive device detonated outside in the school courtyard. Students and staff are safely evacuated. We will provide updates as soon as we receive them.

Spring officially begins in the Northern Hemisphere today! This means that from now until the Summer Solstice in June we will have at least 12 hours between sunrise and sunset.

Design & Modeling Class recently finished their Ankle Foot Orthosis Project.
Automation & Robotics completed their Robot Hand Project and
Energy & The Environment class completed their Rubber Band Car Project.

REMINDER: To recover lost instructional time from closures during the November Cyclone windstorm, Friday, March 21, and Friday, May 23, are now REGULAR SCHOOL DAYS. Please note that these are NOT early release days, as they must meet state instructional hour requirements.

FAMILY RESOURCE FAIR
Create connections with community agencies, college representatives, legal resources, transit options, and specialized groups that can help our Special Education students and their families work toward their goals.
Visit the EHS Commons on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
The event is geared toward families of students in Kindergarten through age 21."
